found a solution to the promo.
You
can only receive the 100MB
monthly if you subscribe to any of their data plans.
So for those who subscribed to the
BIS that was recently blocked, just
text HIGH to 8186 on your TECNO
phone via the Etisalat sim.
This has
been tested working by me.
